El Papalote’s Artisan pieces are sourced from the villages of central and coastal Oaxaca, Mexico.
Our current collection features Alebrijes from San Martin Tilcajete, Textiles from Mitla, Barro Rojo and Barro Negro from Valles Centrales.

Meats are sourced locally from small producers in the foothills.
Heirloom chiles, spices, beans, corn, massa, coffee, teas and hand crafted goods are
imported direct from growers and makers in Oaxaca, Mexico.
El Papalote hosts annual events for Mexican Independence Day and the Day of The Dead in High River.
